At Fairway Wholesale Lending, people are at the core of what we do! Whether it’s through Fairway Cares (our nonprofit organization) or American Warrior Initiative (AWI) — we love to bring comfort, support, and hope to our employees and our communities.
“It’s not about the loans we do; it is about the hearts we change and the people we help.”
- Steve Jacobson, Founder & CEO
Helping Where it Counts!
Each year, Fairway employees are offered 16 charity volunteer hours that can be used during the workweek. The culture here at Fairway fully supports activities that enhance and serve our communities. Employees are encouraged to take time from their work to team up with their fellow members and schedule a ‘volunteer day’.

Fairway Wholesale Lending & Stewpot Kitchen
On December 3, 2021, the Fairway Wholesale Lending marketing team went out to help Stewpot Kitchen in Dallas, TX. The Stewpot Kitchen provides for the homeless and at-risk individuals within Dallas — offering resources and basic necessities to jump-start their new life.

Since May 2008, The Stewpot has been the sole meal provider at The Bridge Homeless Recovery Center — serving 1,000 meals per day, 7 days per week.
Equipped with gloves, masks, and full hearts — the marketing team helped prepare over 250 meals! These meals were then frozen, boxed, and prepped for families in need. The Stewpot Kitchen aids the Dallas area year-round by providing fresh food, water/Gatorade, boxed foods, canned foods, clothes, etc.
